Why my lights are unresponsive to my remote?

1) Do not put the lamp in a shielded container, or its sensor maybe affected.

2) Please pull out the insulation sheet from the remote.

3) Please note that the remote should be facing the lamp in the same room.

4) Please check if the remote battery is correctly installed.
